Interior/Exterior Painting Including Preparation
Preparation of walls and ceilings which may include cleaning the surface, patching holes and cracks, scraping off old paint or removing wallpaper, sanding and applying primer if needed.

In any exterior paintjob, we will powerwash the entire house first. If necessary, scraping, powersanding, caulk and putty will also be applied. In some instances, where the home is in poor condition, we will apply one coat of oil primer followed by two finished coats of paint. These points I have indicated for the exterior painting of your home is extremely important to achieve the best results.

Paper Hanging/Removal
Papering walls requires upfront planning, measuring and preparation. The actual hanging of paper could be done quickly, however, it all depends on the type of paper pattern and the size of the room. On the removal side, you must first determine if you would rather paint the wall or apply new wallpaper. Although I have seen instances where the client requests painting over the old wall covering, you must first spackle the seams or joints of the wallpaper so it cannot be detected.

Faux Finishing
Faux Finishing is a manner in which paint is applied and used to produce an illusion of texture on a wall.

You may use sponges, rags or plastic sheets and is appropriate for drywall, plaster, or wood. It doesn't require any more preparation than any other new paint job only a clean surface ready for finishing.

Deck Staining/Staining/Wood Preservatives
Deck Staining is basically protection against the extremes of weather, traffic, furniture, wear and tear among others. With the proper stain, preparation and application a deck can last for a long time.

Staining: There are all different type of stains for wood which include but not limited to water based liquid stains, oil based gel stains and penetrating oil stains.
Always make sure to test a piece of wood with the stain you choose so you will see what it will look like.

Stains can be applied with bristle brushes, foam brushes or staining cloths.

We will stain any type of furniture or woodwork.


Refinishing of Aluminum & Vinyl Siding
Due to corrosion from wind, sun or humidity aluminum siding can look dull and dingy. Instead of repainting the siding you can rejuvenate the finish and color by powerwashing. Also, depending on the age of the home, you may want to consider repainting the home using our airless spray technique. We specialize in this type of work.
